TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE

These terms apply to all orders placed through www.sellenad.com between you and:

A consumer is any person who places an order for purposes that are mainly outside their trade or profession (§ 13 BGB).

2. HOW THE CONTRACT IS MADE

The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer, but an invitation to order.

You place your order like this: choose a product and add it to the cart, go to checkout, enter your details, choose shipping and payment, check your order on the overview page, and confirm with the button "Pay now" (or "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen"). Before you click this button, you can check and correct all your details at any time.

By clicking the button, you make a binding offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away. The contract is concluded with this order confirmation email.

The contract languages are German and English. We save the contract text. You receive your order details by email, and you can view our terms on this page at any time.

3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge VAT, so no VAT is shown.

Shipping costs are shown in the shop and at checkout before you order. Details are on our Shipping page.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are paid by the customer.

4. PAYMENT

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout (for example card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay). If you pay with Klarna or PayPal, their terms also apply.

5. DELIVERY

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are shown on our Shipping page. Jewelry is usually shipped within 1–3 working days. Clothing (hoodies, tees) is made to order and is usually produced within 2–7 working days before shipping.

If a product is not available after you order, we will tell you right away and refund any payment you have already made.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until they are paid in full.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. All details, and the withdrawal form, are in our Refund policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).

8. WARRANTY

The statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB).

If goods arrive with visible transport damage, please let the delivery person know and contact us as soon as possible. This helps us claim from the carrier. If you don't, it has no effect on your legal rights.

9. LIABILITY

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act.

For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential contractual obligation (an obligation that makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place, and on which you can usually rely). In this case, our liability is limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are not obliged and do not agree to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the terms remain valid.
