RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You can also use the "Withdraw from contract" link at the bottom of our website. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (except extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days are up. Please do not send goods to the postal address above: after you tell us about your withdrawal, we will send you the return address by email.

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is caused by handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and function.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example a Fine Line bracelet made in a custom size)
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at sellenadshop@gmail.com, ideally with a photo. We will replace it or refund you. Your statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected.
