Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective,
- The item is damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items,
- Gift cards, or
- Certain custom-made or personalized items.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is found to be defective or incorrect, and we accept your claim, we will provide a replacement or process a refund.
If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
