This privacy policy explains what personal data Sellenad collects when you visit www.sellenad.com, buy from us or contact us, why we do it, and what rights you have.

We are a small business and are not required to appoint a data protection officer. For any privacy question, just write to the email above.

2. WHEN YOU VISIT THE SHOP

Our shop runs on Shopify. When you open the website, your browser automatically sends technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, and the date and time. Shopify uses this to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent fraud.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working shop).

3. WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER

We collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number (if you give it), the products you order and your payment status. We need this to process your order, ship it and send you order and shipping emails.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). We keep order and invoice data for as long as German commercial and tax law requires (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB, up to 10 years). After that, we delete it.

If you create a customer account, we store your account details until you delete the account.

4. PAYMENT

Depending on the payment method you choose, your payment data is processed by:

- Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods), processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland
- PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg
- Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. For invoice or instalment payments, Klarna may check your identity and creditworthiness. Details: https://www.klarna.com/de/datenschutz/

We only receive the information that the payment was made. We never see or store your full card details.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations, e.g. anti-money-laundering checks by the payment provider).

5. SHIPPING

To deliver your order, we pass your name and delivery address to the shipping company (Deutsche Post / DHL). If you agreed to it at checkout, we also pass your email address so the carrier can tell you about the delivery. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Our hoodies and other clothing are made to order by our print partner Printful Latvia AS, Ojāra Vācieša iela 6B, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia, and its production partners. For these orders, we pass your name, delivery address and order details to Printful. Data may also be processed by Printful Inc. in the USA; this transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract); for the carrier email notification, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

6. NEWSLETTER

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you news, new pieces and offers. We send the newsletter with Shopify Email. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).

If you bought from us, we may occasionally email you about similar products (§ 7(3) UWG). You can object to this at any time, free of charge, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

7. REWARDS PROGRAM

If you join our rewards program, we use Smile.io (Smile Inc., Kitchener, Ontario, Canada) to track your points. Smile.io processes your name, email address and order history. Canada has an EU adequacy decision.

8. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our shop uses cookies. Some are strictly necessary so the cart, checkout and login work. We use these without consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We only use all other cookies and tools (analytics and marketing) if you agree in our cookie banner (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of the page.

With your consent, we may use:

- Shopify Analytics: anonymous visitor statistics for our shop.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland): shows us how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve it. Data may be transferred to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
- Marketing pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland), TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland) and Pinterest (Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland): measure whether our ads work and show our ads to people who may be interested. Data may be transferred to the USA or other countries (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses).

9. SOCIAL MEDIA

Our website only links to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (@sellenadshop). No data is sent to these networks until you click a link. Once you are on their site, their own privacy policies apply.

10. CONTACT

If you email us, we use your message and email address to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if it is about an order, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the messages when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

- get information about the data we store about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- receive your data in a common format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- withdraw any consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process your data based on our legitimate interest, you can object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. You can object to direct marketing at any time without giving a reason.

12. CHILDREN

Our shop is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We update this privacy policy when our shop or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
