SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COSTS (JEWELRY)

Germany: €3.90 — free from €30 order value
EU countries: €6.90 — free from €50 order value
Selected countries outside the EU: €9.90 — free from €70 order value

The countries we ship to and the exact shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT. All prices are final prices.

JEWELRY

All jewelry ships from our studio in Germany with Deutsche Post / DHL.

Processing: 1–3 working days
Delivery Germany: 2–5 working days
Delivery EU: 5–10 working days
Delivery outside the EU: 7–14 working days

CLOTHING (HOODIES & TEES)

Our clothing is made to order just for you by our production partner Printful.

Shipping: €7.29 within Europe (UK €7.29, USA €8.79, other countries shown at checkout). Free shipping offers apply to jewelry only.
Production: 2–7 working days
Delivery Germany: 3–7 working days after production
Delivery EU: 5–10 working days after production

If you order clothing and jewelry together, they arrive in separate packages and the shipping for each is shown at checkout.

TRACKING

When tracking is available for your shipment, you receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

CUSTOMS (OUTSIDE THE EU)

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us at sellenadshop@gmail.com, ideally with a photo. We will replace it or refund you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
