Given the diverse nature of our product offerings—including print on demand, instant downloads, dropshipping, and directly shipped items—our shipping processes and times may vary. Below, you'll find information about how shipping works for each type of product.

Product Categories & Shipping Details

Instant Downloads
  • Delivery: Items that are digital downloads (such as artwork, printable planners, etc.) are delivered instantly upon purchase. A download link will be available immediately after the purchase is completed.
  • Shipping Costs: There are no shipping costs for instant downloads.
Print on Demand Products
  • Processing Time: Print on demand items (such as custom apparel, posters, or accessories) are produced and processed within 2-7 business days. Once production is complete, the items will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
  • Estimated Shipping Times:
    • Germany: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Europe: 5-10 business days after processing.
    • Rest of the World: 7-21 business days after processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.
Dropshipping Products
  • Processing and Shipping: Dropshipping products may have variable shipping times, depending on the supplier. Typically, items are shipped within 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary by region.
  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout, and some products may qualify for free shipping.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that multiple items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.
Directly Shipped Products (Personal Stock)
  • Processing Time: Items that are in our personal stock are shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Germany: 2-5 business days.
    • Europe: 5-10 business days.
    • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on location and item weight at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.

International Shipping

We aim to deliver to as many locations as possible. If you are outside the regions listed or uncertain if we ship to your area, please contact us at sellenadshop@gmail.com.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Issues & Delays
  • Processing & Delays: Please note that processing times may vary depending on product type (e.g., print on demand or dropshipping). We work closely with our partners to minimize delays.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Sellenad is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you are unable to locate a package marked as delivered, please contact us for further assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Taxes
  • As a small business under the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 19 UStG), we do not charge VAT on any of our products. Therefore, all product prices shown are final and do not include VAT. This means that you will not see any additional VAT or sales tax added during checkout.
International Orders
  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs office. Sellenad cannot predict these charges as they vary by location.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sellenadshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will do our best to replace the item or provide a suitable solution.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying supplier policies, we currently cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address for shipping.

Additional Notes

  • Combined Shipping: Orders containing multiple products from different categories (e.g., print on demand and dropshipping) may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Custom Products: Custom print-on-demand products are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
